Competition Details

Letraset would like to invite all manga enthusiasts to enter our monthly Manga Hoshi Competition. Each month the lucky winner will receive up to £30 worth of creative materials and have their artwork featured on the Letraset Manga Homepage.

All you have to do is submit your design by attaching your image to an email with your name, age, country and up to 25 words about your image to competition@letraset.com. For this month's theme see the 'Hoshi News' section below.

Artwork entries must be submitted in JPEG, PDF, GIF or TIFF format. Artwork specifications: no larger than 1mb file size.

Each time you email an image for the competition please ensure that the email title contains your 'name' and 'hoshi' For example: "JonHoshi.jpg" or "JHallHoshiSpace.pdf"
  • You may enter as many times as you like. Each entry will be judged individually
  • The drawing can be made using any medium of your choice.
  • You may interpret the theme how you wish, the more imaginative the better, but the submission must relate to the theme to be considered for the competition.
  • The entry will be displayed in the gallery regardless of whether it abides by the theme, but cannot be considered for a prize if it does not relate to the theme of the month.
Competition month runs from the 20th of the month to the 18th of the following month. Click here for full terms and conditions.

All prize winners will be contacted using the details provided. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date, please allow 28 days for delivery. Monthly Competition First Prize: 12 set of ProMarkers or FlexMarkers of the winner's choice plus Comic Art Pad. Runner-Up Prizes (x2): 6 set of ProMarkers or FlexMarkers of the winner's choice. Xmas Special Competition Tria 24 Set x1, Comic Art Pad x1 plus x4 Fine Line Pens. Runner-Up Prizes (x2): 12 set of ProMarkers or FlexMarkers of the winner's choice plus Comic Art Pad. If either a prize is declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be selected at the Promoter's discretion.

Send your entrees in with the theme 'Spring is Here' for your chance to win up to £30 worth of art supplies.

Winners can select any 12 marker set from the ProMarker or FlexMarker range and also receive a Comic Art Pad, whilst two lucky runners up can select any 6 marker set of their choice from either the ProMarker or FlexMarker range.
